Tresia currently serves as the official caterer for WIBO’s networking functions and mixers, supporting programs that empower small business owners and entrepreneurs from underserved communities.
She has also partnered with Astoria Food Pantry, donating and preparing 35 Thanksgiving dinners for local families, and has catered events at Culture Lab LIC for nonprofit and cultural organizations.

I’m Chef Tresia, the Executive Chef and Owner of Tresia’s Catering. Self-taught since age 12 and culinary school-trained, I’ve built my brand on grit and a quality-obsessed standard. My 2026 mission is scaling our operations to partner with organizations that value authenticity and professional excellence. We don't do 'cookie-cutter'—we do scratch-made Southern food with a global influence.

After fulfilling a lifelong dream of attending culinary school in 2010, Chef Tresia has spent over a decade perfecting her craft in both high-volume restaurant and commercial kitchens. As the Chef/Owner of Tresia’s Catering, she brings a "Global Passport" to Southern comfort food, creating intentional culinary experiences for everything from intimate wedding rehearsals to high-level corporate functions.
Tresia believes that food is the ultimate universal connector. Her passion is rooted in the belief that a well-prepared meal bridges gaps of age, background, and ethnicity, turning any gathering into a family experience. As she scales her business in 2026, her focus is on providing seamless service and high-quality menus for corporate and nonprofit partners, while remaining a dedicated resource for the local community that helped build her brand.
